Forget the bland and dry cake you’ve had at countless weddings. Your wedding cake is different and I’m passionate about the flavours and ingredients that go into it, striving to push the boundaries and offer exciting flavour combinations that get your guests talking. My menu contains a handpicked selection of some of the most mouth-watering flavour pairings, and these can of course be tailored to you.

Each cake tier always contains four even layers of sponge, carefully assembled with lashings of filling, and coated in buttercream, ganache or flawless sugarpaste- ensuring the cake looks as elegant on the plate as it does on display.

indulgent and rich Belgian chocolate sponge layered with the ultimate silky chocolate buttercream or vanilla buttercream

strawberries & champagne

classic vanilla sponge soaked in pink champagne syrup, layered with strawberry curd and champagne buttercream

peach melba

raspberry sponge infused with peach syrup, layered with peach coulis, raspberry curd and peach buttercream

salted caramel

layers of ultimate Belgian chocolate sponge & caramel infused sponge, layered with salted caramel sauce and salted caramel buttercream
